The Indian component is uniquely crafted using jaggery, an unrefined natural sweetener derived by evaporating sugar cane juice, renowned for its complex flavor profile reminiscent of spicy molasses and buttery caramel. The labeling honors the farmers of the dual rum cultures: the West Indies, including Barbados, Guyana, and Jamaica, and the East Indies.

Displaying a deep amber gold hue, the spirit opens with bold, fruity aromas of dates and brandy sauce, complemented by notes of cinnamon, clove, and vanilla, with a subtle hint of paprika heat. The light initial entry develops into medium-bodied flavors of caramel, vanilla, and fruit cake, accompanied by tannin and pepper warmth that gradually dissipates towards the finish.
