Bareksten Illsint Absinth is crafted from a blend of plant substances, with its primary properties derived from wormwood (Artemisia Absinthium) and other medicinal and culinary herbs. The foundation of this absinthe is aniseed and spices, resulting in a delightful combination of sweetness and creaminess.

Produced at Oss Craft Distillery in Bergen, Norway, this absinthe boasts an alcohol content of 60%. Norwegian herbs, potatoes, and berries endure harsh and challenging conditions, allowing only the strongest and most resilient to thrive. These untouched-by-human-hands Norwegian ingredients serve as the foundation for Bareksten's botanical spirits, providing raw and authentic flavors.

Given the high alcohol content, it is not recommended to consume absinthe neat. Instead, we suggest enjoying it in the traditional manner. Pour 25 ml of absinthe into a glass, then position a slotted spoon on the rim of the glass. Place a sugar cube on the spoon and gradually pour cold water over it until the sugar dissolves.
