Dictador 20 Year Old Rum 700ml

A rather unique rum from Columbia, Dictador 20 Year Old Rum is blended using the Solera method to marry 14 to 24 year old cask strength rums. Then it is reduced to bottling ABV by slowly adding demineralized water one drop at a time over a 28 day period. Such care is rarely seen in rum production but one taste tells you it was more than worth the trouble. A medium bodied rum of exceptional smoothness, Dictador 20 Year Old Rum, has a well rounded flavour, full of rich spices blended with notes of vanilla, cocoa, caramel and honey roasted nuts.
