Neisson Le Vieux Agricole Rum 700ml

This Rhum is an exquisite blend of meticulously selected vintages, further matured for a period ranging from 3 to 9 years in French Oak and used American Oak barrels. It is crafted from sugar cane cultivated on Neisson's own forty-hectare farm in La Carbet, a location renowned for its mineral-rich soils due to its proximity to Mount Pelée, as well as its high sunlight exposure and optimal fluctuations in rainfall and temperature. The fresh sugar cane juice undergoes one of the longest fermentation processes in the French Indies, lasting 72 hours, and employs natural yeasts.
