Poor Toms Gin is the brainchild of 2 best mates with the middle name "Thomas". Jesse "Thomas" Kennedy and Griffin "Thomas" Blumer joined forces with Marcel Thompson in 2014, to create innovative, premium new world versions of London Dry gins in a pocket-size distillery in the inner west of Sydney. Poor Toms Gin Fools Strength is 52% ABV with truckloads of juniper and liquorice root, additions of angelica root, cubeb pepper and cardamom cinnamon, along with flavours of grapefruit peel, resinous pine and a rich, dry finish.
