Threefold Autumn Harvest Shiraz Mourvèdre Gin 500ml

Harvested from a location nestled between the pines, the Autumn harvest gin invokes impressions of brisk woodland walks. The Shiraz used in its production was sourced from the Christmas Hill Vineyard in Kuitpo, Adelaide Hills, and is complemented by a proportion of piquant Mourvedre from Sellicks Hill on the southern coastal periphery of McLaren Vale. To achieve its distinct colour, the grapes were macerated in the Aromatic gin prior to pressing, and then blended with the fresh free-run juice. This process results in a profile characterised by complex strata of velvety dark chocolate, warm spice, stewed currant, and lush plum.
