This amber coloured vermouth is named after the man who is regarded as being the father of the modern cocktail craft – Jerry Thomas.

The Antica Distilleria Quaglia along with The Jerry Thomas Speakeasy in Rome have taken thirteen spices such as wormwood, vanilla, cinnamon and coriander, mixed them with a neutral spirit and cane sugar to create a sweet, aromatic drink with just a touch of bitterness perfect for drinking before or after a meal.
