Crafted in Melbourne’s inner west, Ash Sutherland of Autonomy Distillers and Dan Henderson of Stappa Wines produce Soma Vermouth using local and native Australian ingredients. Tinta Barroca grapes, wormwood, Davidson plum, and various Australian myrtles contribute to its modern, bright, and playful profile. Contains sulfites with notes of bittersweet, fresh tart plums, orange zest, ripe blackberries, and pepper. Best consumed within two weeks of opening and stored in a cool, dark place once opened.
