A 50cl bottling of Icelandic malt spirit from Eimverk Distillery (founded 2009) that hasn't been aged for long enough to be called whisky. It's made with 100% Icelandic barley. Nose: Fresh but not too feisty, quite buttery and attractive actually with some toasty wood spice. Palate: Vanilla, white coffee, fresh bread, pepper and bubblegum. Finish: Spicy, touch of flint and popcorn.
