'Tiny Friday' was initially established as a customary Thursday evening pub meetup for a collective of winemakers from South America and Australia. During one such gathering, the notion of creating a distilled wine to yield a spirit was conceived, taking inspiration from Chilean Pisco. Subsequently, the production of an Australian Pisco, 'Gordito,' was realized by distilling wine made from Muscat Gordo Blanco, resulting in an aromatic beverage.
